Nice course
After watching the course a few times passing by on my way to another course, and from far away thinking it is nothing special, I've decided to give it a try and boy was I surprised ... I thought it'll be a flat course, links, some rough and some mounds, but nothing like that. Not the longest of the courses but holes well designed, risk/reward shots, there's always a bunker in play, changes of elevation, punishing fescue, a great layout overall. I will be playing it again soon, and if you have the chance to do it, do it! :-)
Stay on the fairways
Challenging Greens with lots of slopes and angles.
If you miss the fairway you will be searching the tall fescue for your ball.
Overall a good golf experience!

An Exceptional Day
The course was in great shape/ from tee to greens.Finished in a little over 3 hrs. Had to keep the ball down due to wind gusts of 15 to 20 mph. We finished the round by 10:45; The grill didn't open until 11:30 so we went to town for breakfast. An exceptional day. Bob

Nice course but I would wait a week or so to play again, as the greens are recently aerated.

Great course but aerated greens were very disappointing.
We considered leaving die to aerated greens. Golfnow and or the course should advise players of the course condition prior to booking. I'm sure I'll be back but not this month. Very disappointing when you can't play properly for four hours.

Wonderful course to play
Starting with a friendly courtiers staff, you then get to play a gem of a course. Not the longest but as difficult as you can handle, a shot makers course. Great shape and great layout. Worth the time and money to play.

Course is in excellent condition!, short course but lots of bunkers..shot precision is all you need in this well maintained course. A must play course on Long Island.
Great Semi-Private Links Course
When you can play Olde Vine (The Vineyards) for 65 dollars you can't go wrong. The course is not particularly long, I suggest playing from the Black tees, however, the greens are smooth, quick ,and undulating. Overall a must play for mid-low handicap players.

Great experience
The Vinyards is hidden gem. Great course, somewhat short, but challenging for any golfers skill level. Lots of bunkers, but fair.
Was not windy when we played, but I am sure that would certainly up the challenge factor greatly. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely play again.

The Top of My List
The drive out is well worth it. The course layout is spectacular, as evidenced by my recall of almost every hole. The course is not overly long, which is perfect for me as I don't hit long any more. I always avail myself of the special offers, having that country club feel.

The greens are hard and fast, need more time to grow.

Nice Links Layout
Nice links course where wind is a huge factor. Played early and got through 9 till the wind picked up on the back. Lots of bunkers protect the fairways and greens. Worth checking out if you like links courses.

Fun and friendly
Friendliest staff I have ever met. We felt very welcomed. We even met some very nice members. Many bunkers mean you have to plan your shots. Great condition and perfect pace.

Must Play
Windy day on a beautiful course. Must play if price is right. We got a hot deal and well worth it. Course needs about 3-5 more weeks for the greens to heal from aeration but still in great shape. Staff are very polite.

Go Play This Course
Got a great deal on golf now. If you enjoy playing golf in a country club setting,go play this course! It was in great shape, staff was ver accommodating and played 18 holes in 3 1/2 hrs!
Great Course
The course is in great shape. Nine tee boxes and fairways. The greens were just air rated but still nice. Very nice staff and facility
