Nice Day Overcrowding
Went out as a twosome and finished 40 minutes behind schedule. 5+ hour rounds are all too common at this course as they overbook tee times and dont enforce pace of play. It's a nice course in good condition and the staff are friendly, It's just very frustrating having to wait on every hole.

Nice day of golf
usually play twice a week, staff always very friendly, pace of play is a bit slow at times when we get behind certain players, conditions okay, a lot of rain so it's understandable, Enjoy being out there and it's convenient for me, would recommend it.

Great bones. Slow pace
Mohansic is the rare public where driver is a weapon. Grip it and rip it on #3,4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17.

Mohansic is Solid
My favorite of the Westchester County run courses. Course is in solid condition and I was dumbfounded the pace of play for a holiday (<4.5hrs with three walkers). It is not Augusta National but it is a great place for a relaxed round.

Waiting
We waited on every hole and on every shot. No rangers to help with pace of play . The round took over 5 hours

Rangers
It would be helpful if the rangers were more visible and had an active role to keep up the pace of play.
It is nearly impossible for them to do this if they are afraid of loosing their “job” because who they give criticism to and who those people know within the Westchester municipality.

3 hour front nine
We quit after 9 due to pace of play. Never saw a ranger. Frustrating and unacceptable.

Barely Maintained
I realize this is a public course but the course is a mess. Your cart bounces all over the place, cart paths included. The tee boxes are not level and obviously worn down due to constant play.
Fairway lies are never flat, your ball is always above or below your feet.
The best part of this course are the greens.
And it looks like the bunkers are improved over the years.

Mohansic is great!
Grounds well managed and maintained. Course is challenging and laid out so you almost feel as if you are playing on your own private course. The vistas on this course are like no other. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. And after 18 holes you are warmly welcomed into the 19th Hole (Mohansic Grill) with friendly smiles, good service, drink specials and good food!
