Most scenic course
Always perfectly kept trimmed and so well maintained. Always a treat to play at Barker Brook. You won't be disappointed.
Conditions for value
This course has tremendous conditions for such a value (<$30 walking), which is the highlight of this course, and the course is quite challenging. Greens are fast, fairways are tight. Walking the front 9 poses a little challenge if you’re not used to walking, but the back 9 is a very easy walk.
I’ve played this course years before, snd there’s a few holes that have seen quite a bit of unattended overgrowth over the years that takes away from the design when the course was originally built. The front 9 is very challenging and interesting, the back 9 seems to have a completely different feel to it, snd some of the holes are quite ordinary, though the finishing holes 16, 17, and 18 stand out as some of the toughest finishing holes in Upstate, NY.

Great course in the middle of cow country. Super challenging, super interesting and incredibly fast greens made for a great day with friends. Was well worth the 1 hour travel from the Syracuse area.
