Beekman Country Club - Highland/Valley
About
Beekman Country Club has a stunning location nestled in the foothills of the Berkshires, just as they are rising from the Hudson Valley. The 27-hole hole golf course is divided into three nines that are combined to create three scenic and challenging 18-hole courses. The Highland/Valley combination begins at the clubhouse and gradually climbs over 500 feet. The front nine offers panoramic views stretching from the valley to Stormville Mountain. The Highland nine features the signature hole, the par-3 fourth, of the entire course. It is most beautiful in the springtime when the dogwood trees lining the fairways are in bloom. Although the elevation changes are not as dramatic, the Valley nine is not to be forgotten with one of the country's largest oak trees guarding the sixth hole.

great for the covid problem
they had it set up perfect grill open cart girl driving so nice to see had a great time thank you and the corse was awesome
Great course, immaculate condition
Been coming here forever. Great course, great layout. Mid season condition. Only negative; Golfnow dropped the ball once again, advertising and charging for a "cart included", knowing well that the courses in NY are temporarily forbidden to use carts, walking only. Not the courses fault. 27 holes of great golf holes, pristine shape, challenging and worth every penny. Highly recommend, I'll be back again this summer.
Great Early Season Conditions
Green grass throughout the course. Early season turf conditions were excellent! Greens are small, but were holding shots well. Cart path strictly enforced so know that...maybe call ahead before reserving a tee time because the seniors in front of our group were having a hard time. Staff were all extremely accommodating, except for the young lady in the booth...seemed a littlepreterbed to be there...but overall, clean carts and single riders only. Great day of early golf!
Unacceptable
I arrived more than 20 mins prior to my 8:40 scheduled tee time. As I pulled into the lot I noticed a huge crowd of golfers (approximately 30-40) and nobody on the course. I checked in at the booth and was asked to load up and provide my cart number. I did, as instructed and was not informed what the delay was about. After about 15 mins I asked another golfer who was waiting and learned they were running an hour and a half behind because of a frost delay. I wouldn’t have gotten out until after 10am for my tee time (on a football Sunday, absolutely NOT!) I drove all the way from CT to play this course. I went into the pro shop and asked for a refund (paid green fees upfront on Golf Now). They indicated they would “handle it” and not to contact GN as it may delay my refund. I’m still waiting for my $70+ to be put back on my card and have no confirmation number that they did so. Needless to say, this was a horrible way to spend a Sunday morning that I woke up early for. I feel as a loyal GN customer I should be compensated for my inconvenience... just saying.
*** Note I tried to upload a pic showing the backlog at the starters booth but your app constantly makes me start over and won’t save my information ***
Very nice late afternoon nine holes
Good, challenging course (Highland nine), well kept. Helpful staff.
Great Condition
The course was in great condition despite the lack of rain this Summer. Played all three 9s. Great.
Very nice course, we’ll maintained, very busy for a Tuesday, played like a weekend, waited on every hole, times have changed with thr virus
