Thoroughly enjoyed my round @ Caledonia. The price was right, the greens weren't overly fast but receptive and the twosome they paired me with were great!! Will definitely o this again.
great oppportunity to play a private club
Really enjoyed the round at Caledonia Beautiful 30 minute ride into the countryside, but well worth it. Thank you for sharing this private course with others. Jason was very helpful in the pro shop. Course set up is fine and challenging. Greens were great. Wdfill cone back again
Nice Course. Hope To Play Again
First time playing Caledonia Country Club. Like the layout very much. Many interesting holes with "personality". Several steep inclines and declines as this course is built on a historic area known as Malloch's Hill. Hope to play the course again soon. Only negatives to mention are that some of the fairways could have used some watering and the rough could have used some mowing.
Challenging but fair
Course in good shape. Hills and valleys not much water. Hit em straight to avoid lots of trees. Greens good
Always have fun at Caledonia, the greens could have been better , but it is Fall
Not what it used to be
Caledonia used to be a beautiful course and had lightning fast greens that were always in great shape. The greens were not in good shape (we have had a wet summer, but they need work).
Overall, for the right price, it's ok.
Caladonia Country Club
Very nice course. Lots of challenges, and an interesting layout. Only available to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays. Great greens, tried to stay out of traps. Just started going there this summer, and have enjoyed every round.
great oppportunity to play a private club
Beautiful course with friendly people and staff. Hilly course. nice greens I drove 30 minutes to get there and it was worth it. Old style country feel but well kept for the members there.
Very picturest. Great views from the top, with a nice breeze.
The greens and pin placement make rounds at this course very challenging. Pretty wide open, however there are elevations and wind that have to be accounted for.
Course is ok
Course is ok. Really dry and hard. Staff is nice though
Greens aerated
The course is great, workers friendly, bar/grill very, very nice. The greens were recently aerated and that hampered the game.
Boring, Maintenece Fair
played here in a HS match VS Aquinas excited to play because it as being advertised as Private (Other than on Mondays and Tuesdays) but right away off the st tee conditions didn't seem that great. More like an Under average public course. anyways the course layout was pretty basic. but worst complaint was the rough/fairway maintenece. Maybe playing in Early may it wasn't up to par with brutal winter before but still expected a bit better.
Caledonia Country Club
This is a great course, it has everything. The course is well kept and in really good shape. It is a little challenging as well. I loved it. The members are very welcoming and the staff is awesome. Also the food when you are done is phenomenal.
